Review: Enchanting the Fae Queen by Stephanie Burgis (Release 01/27/2026)
Enchanting the Fae Queen was a really fun continuation of the world set up in Burgis’s Wooing the Witch Queen. I loved getting to learn more about the fae world, and see beyond Lorelei’s mask.

Review: In Your Dreams by Sarah Adams (Release 12/30/2025)
I really enjoyed this final trip to Rome, Kentucky. This was a perfectly cozy small-town romance!

Review: My Roommate from Hell by Cale Dietrich (Release 11/11/2025)
Owen and Zarmenus were cute, and it was fun to see their relationship develop throughout the book. Seeing Owen eventually realize what he was feeling for Zarmenus, while Zarmenus flirted with him from the jump, was sweet. Bell absolutely stole the show for me though.

Review: Fade Into You by Amber Smith and Sam Gellar (Release 11/04/2025)
This book was super sweet, and I really enjoyed seeing Jessa and Bird blossom as they got to know each other better. They became each other’s safe harbor in lives that looked very different but carried similar levels of heaviness.

Review: Red City by Marie Lu (Release 10/14/2025)
Marie Lu has brought her talent for richly developed worlds, with characters you can’t help but cheer on, and irresistible relationships to an adult audience.

Review: The Love Haters by Katherine Center (Release 5/20/2025)
George Bailey and Rue are the highlights of this book and bring much-needed humor and lightness to the story. Rue and her Gals felt vibrantly real, and I loved the depiction of female friendship through them.

Review: The Corruption of Hollis Brown by K. Ancrum (Release 04/22/2025)
This book is full of such tenderness and I’m so glad that teens will have it. This is a story about community, and how survival depends on having a community around you.

Review: Prince of the Palisades by Julian Winters (Release 08/20/2024)
Overall this was a really sweet love story with a love interest after my own film-nerd heart, while also navigating how we all negotiate with the intersections of our identities and choose how we want to be seen existing in the world.

Review: Tangled Up In You by Christina Lauren (Release 06/25/2024)
The adaptation of Tangled is fun and enjoyable. I love the mix of Ren’s brilliant mind and her complete inexperience in the real world.

Review: A Happier Life by Kristy Woodson Harvey (Release 06/25/2024)
I didn’t want to put this book down. The story has a mystery, love stories, work drama and family drama. What more can you ask for in one book?
